How quickly can someone get to an Edmonds address?

Edmonds is the whole of our route rather than one stop on a regional map, so most calls logged before noon get a slot the same day or the next morning. The Bowl, Westgate, Perrinville and Five Corners are all inside a fifteen-minute drive of each other.

Is it worth repairing a Viking range that is fifteen years old?

Usually, yes. The chassis, burners and cast grates on a professional range outlive several rounds of electronics. What fails is almost always a spark module, an igniter, a valve or a thermostat — parts that are still available and that cost a fraction of replacing a 48-inch appliance.

Do you take the panels off integrated and panel-ready units?

Yes. Panel-ready dishwashers and integrated refrigerator columns come out and go back with the cabinetry intact. Custom door panels are removed to the original fixings and re-hung to the same reveals, and we photograph the alignment before anything is loosened.

What happens on the first visit?

A full diagnostic: temperatures and pressures where they apply, gas and spark checked at the burner, elements and sensors measured, and the fault written down with the reading that proves it. You get the cause and a firm price before any part is ordered.

Do you carry Viking parts on the van?

The common failure items, yes — spark modules, igniters, bake and broil elements, thermistors, door gaskets, drain pumps and wash-arm bearings for the widespread model families. Sealed-system and cosmetic parts are ordered against the serial number so the fit is right first time.

Can you give a price over the phone?

Only a range, and we say so plainly. A burner that will not light might be an inexpensive igniter or a spark module costing many times more, and quoting either blind does you no favours. The one number we can give you up front is the service call: $89 flat, which covers the visit and the full diagnosis and comes off the repair if you go ahead.

When can I actually reach someone, and when do you work?

Those are two different things. The phone is answered 24/7, so an overnight fault gets logged the moment it happens. The technicians are on the tools 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days, which is the window every appointment falls inside.
